Can we return our items?

Yes, you may return your item as long as it has not been damaged. If our returns team suspects it has been damaged, the return will not be processed. You will have 10 days to contact us to inquire about a return and an additional 5 postmarked days to send your return to our return center at the buyer's expense. What kind of condition are the items in?

Conditions of the item are listed in the description and measured by how much love an item has had determining the normal wear and tear and overall condition. Please see below.

What time do the new arrivals drop?

For the summer, new items will drop on a weekly basis. August - May our new arrivals drop occurs on a bi-weekly basis starting on Monday's at 8pm est.

Can we purchase your items on different platforms?

How can I see more of a product?

We are happy to provide more photos of any product. In addition, we encourage you to schedule a virtual personal shopping experience held during a virtual meeting. This allows you to see the product in real-time and we are readily available to answer all of your questions regarding the product. You can request more photos of a product or a virtual personal shopping experience by filling out to form above.
