Shipping & Returns
Please allow 72 hours for us to process your order and ship it out. We package your item(s) efficiently and effectively to make sure we are properly preparing your items to be shipped. That being said, we are not responsible for any damage within the item's transit. If there was damage within the shipment, the consumer is responsible for contacting the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Return Policy (Online Only)
We're sorry to hear it didn't work out! You may return your item as long as it has not been damaged. Before every shipment, we document the product's condition before we ship it to you. If there was damage caused by the shipment, you will need to contact the shipping carrier to learn more about their insurance policy. If our returns team suspects the item has been used or damaged, the return will not be processed. You will have 5 days to contact us to inquire about a return and an additional 5 postmarked days to send your return to our return center at the buyer's expense. Further information will be given after you inquire about your return.

Unforuntaltey we do not offer returns or refunds for in-store purchases. All items purchased in-store are final sale. By making an in-store purchase, you agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
