Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy Advance Booking Required: All appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. We do not accept same-day bookings for this service. All Sales Final: Appointments for Color Analysis & Credit are non-refundable. Due to the limited nature of our weekend slots, we do not offer cancellations or refunds for any reason. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment once, provided you give at least 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your appointment time will be considered a "no-show" and the fee will be forfeited. No-Show Policy: If you do not arrive for your scheduled time, your $50 fee and $15 store credit are forfeited. Store Credit: The included $15 credit is valid for same-day in-store use only and cannot be saved for a future date or exchanged for cash.
